Inside our factory
Every Zenova door is made in our own 5,000 m² plant in Zhongshan, Guangdong. Below is the route your order takes, from drawing to crate. If you want to see a step on your own job, ask and we will send photos from the line.
From drawing to crate
-
Design and engineering
Your drawing or sizes become production files here. We confirm what is feasible before cutting, so changes happen on screen rather than on the line.
-
Incoming inspection
Glass and aluminum are checked when they arrive — thickness, tempering, straightness, surface. Material that is out of spec does not go into a job.
-
Order picking
Profiles, hinges, handles and seals are picked per order from the store, so a job starts with a complete kit instead of waiting on one missing part.
-
Cutting and forming
CNC laser cutting and press-brake forming. This is the step a trading company sends out; we run it ourselves, which is why we can answer questions about tolerances directly.
-
Aluminum machining
Extruded profiles are cut to length and machined on CNC, so the holes and notches for hinges, rollers and handles come off a program rather than a hand drill. Every frame in an order is identical, which is why trial assembly is a check, not a fitting job.
-
Trial assembly
Units are assembled in our installation booth before they are packed. If a panel does not sit square here, it does not ship.
-
Packing and labelling
Glass is foam-wrapped and crated in plywood, then labelled with your order and carton marks so the container arrives sorted.
