Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Zhongshan Zenova Bath Co., Ltd. ("Zenova", "we", "us"), a shower door and shower enclosure manufacturer registered at Building A, No. 49, Qunfu Industrial Village Road, Gangkou Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong 528447, China.

We sell to businesses — importers, distributors, contractors and brand owners. This website is a product catalogue and an inquiry channel. It is not an online shop.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information we collect through this website. It does not cover information you give us by email, WhatsApp, at a trade show, or in the course of a commercial relationship that began elsewhere.

3. Information you give us

We collect what you type into one of our inquiry forms:

• Always: your name, your email address, and your message or project description
• Depending on the form: your company name, your country, your WhatsApp number, an estimated quantity
• If you use My List: the products and configurations you selected — model, frame type, door type, glass thickness, glass pattern, finish colour and quantity
• If you attach a file: the file itself (drawings, specifications, tender documents)

Fields marked with an asterisk are required; everything else is optional.

4. Information we collect automatically

When you submit an inquiry we also record:

• How you found us — the referring page, the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, and any advertising parameters in the URL (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, utm_*). This tells us which of our marketing efforts actually reach buyers.
• Your browser's user agent string, truncated to 255 characters.
• A one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself. The hash is generated with a secret unique to this installation and cannot be reversed back into an IP address. We use it only to detect repeated automated submissions.

While you browse, your browser stores two things locally. Neither is sent anywhere except when you submit a form:

• Session storage — the advertising parameters described above, cleared when you close the tab.
• Local storage — your My List selection, so it survives a page reload. It stays until you clear it or clear your browser data.

5. Cookies

We do not set any cookies of our own.

If you complete an inquiry, our thank-you page loads Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, which do set their own cookies. These run on that one page only — there is no analytics or advertising tracking anywhere else on this site. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and you can adjust ad personalisation in your Google account settings.

6. Why we use your information

• To answer your inquiry and quote your project. This is the whole point of the form.
• To send you a confirmation that we received your inquiry.
• To keep a record of the commercial conversation, so a colleague can pick it up if the person you spoke to is unavailable.
• To understand which marketing works. We look at the attribution data in aggregate.
• To keep spam out. The hashed IP and the anti-bot check exist for this and nothing else.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.

7. Who else sees it

We also disclose information where the law requires it.

8. Where your information goes

Our servers and our staff are in China. If you are writing to us from outside China, your information will be transferred there. The service providers listed above operate internationally and may process data in other countries.

9. How long we keep it

• Inquiry and lead data. If no commercial relationship or ongoing business discussion is established, your contact details, inquiry content and communication history are retained for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction with us. After that they are permanently deleted or securely anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Contract and accounting records. If you go on to sign a commercial contract with us — which happens outside this website; no transaction can be completed here — the related order details and accounting records are retained for 5 to 10 years, as required by applicable tax, customs and legal obligations.

10. Your choices

Write to info@zenovabath.com and we will, within a reasonable time:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your inquiry record, including any file you sent us, unless we are required to keep it;
• stop contacting you.

Please write from the email address you used, or give us enough detail to find the record.

11. U.S. state privacy rights

We are a Chinese company selling to businesses worldwide. Where U.S. state privacy legislation applies to information we hold about you — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) — we honour the rights it gives you: to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.

We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; the right is stated here so you know where you stand. Use the contact address in section 10 to exercise any of these rights. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

12. Security

Files you send us are stored outside the public web root, on a path that no URL maps to, and can only be retrieved by a logged-in member of our staff through an authenticated download. Inquiry records are held in a database that is not publicly reachable, and access to the admin area is restricted to our staff. We store a hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, and our forms are protected by an anti-bot check.

No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

14. Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be posted at least 30 days before they take effect.
