1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of this website, operated by Zhongshan Zenova Bath Co., Ltd. ("Zenova", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is — and what it is not

This is a product catalogue and an inquiry channel for business customers.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and nothing you submit through it is an order. Adding products to a list, configuring a product, or sending an inquiry starts a conversation. A binding agreement exists only when we and you have signed a contract, or when we have issued and you have accepted a written proforma invoice. Prices, lead times, minimum quantities and availability are quoted case by case and are valid only as stated in that written quotation.

You cannot pay through this website and we do not take payment details on it.

3. Product information

Our products are manufactured to order, and much of what we make is customised to a customer's drawings.

• Dimensions, glass thicknesses, finishes and hardware shown in the catalogue are representative specifications, not a guarantee of what will be supplied on a given order. What is supplied is what the signed order specifies.
• Photographs and renderings are illustrative. Glass, metal finishes and coatings vary in appearance between production batches and under different lighting.
• Certifications referenced on the site apply to the specific products and production runs they were issued for. Ask us for the certificate covering the exact configuration you intend to buy.
• We improve our products continuously and may change specifications without notice.

4. Sending us an inquiry

When you submit an inquiry you confirm that:

• the information you give us is accurate and you are entitled to give it — if you provide a colleague's contact details, that you may do so;
• you have the right to share any file you upload, and that uploading it does not breach anyone else's confidentiality or intellectual property;
• you will not use the forms to send unsolicited advertising, or anything unlawful, misleading or malicious.

We use what you send us to respond to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it, including where uploaded files are stored and who can retrieve them.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, photographs, renderings, drawings, diagrams, product names and the layout of the pages — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view the site and print or download pages for the internal purpose of evaluating our products. You may not republish our photographs or copy our catalogue content into your own marketing, onto a marketplace listing, or into a competing catalogue, without our written permission. Distributors and customers who need to use our images commercially should ask — we normally say yes, in writing, with conditions.

You keep all rights in the drawings and specifications you send us. We use them to quote and to manufacture your order, and for nothing else.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to a site we do not operate, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for its content or its practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. The site is provided as it is

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the catalogue is free of typographical or technical error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, contracts or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in this section limits our liability under a signed supply contract. Product liability, warranty and remedies for goods we supply are governed by that contract, not by these Terms.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements or transactions under which we provide services to you, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this website, our products, or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China.

By using this website, you irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the resolution of any such legal matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Material changes will be posted at least 30 days before they take effect.
