Custom Shower Door Development, From Drawing to Production
Your design, our engineering. Zenova turns shower enclosure concepts into products that can be manufactured — through design-for-manufacturing review, CAD configuration, 3D modeling, prototype validation and flexible production.
Fast development. Flexible production. Reliable delivery.
- Your drawing
- 24 hours* Configuration drawing + 3D model
- 7–30 days Prototype assembly 7 days with stock hardware · 12–15 days with aluminum tooling · 25–30 days with stainless-steel tooling

*Working days
Step 01 · Customer design input
Customers send drawings, concepts or market requirements. Our engineers review the structure, dimensions and manufacturing requirements before any configuration work begins.
Step 02 · Engineering configuration & design optimization
Within 24 hours on working days, our engineers complete a detailed configuration drawing: glass dimensions, hardware positions, installation structure and production details.
- Detailed CAD configuration
- Hardware position confirmation
- Installation structure optimization
- Manufacturing feasibility review
Step 03 · 3D product visualization
Before a prototype is made, we build a 3D model of the final structure so you can confirm the design details and avoid changes later.
Step 04 · Prototype assembly & validation
With flexible production, we assemble and check the prototype in our plant before production starts. Lead time depends on the parts: 7 days with stock hardware, 12–15 days if aluminum tooling is needed, and 25–30 days for stainless-steel tooling.
- Prototype assembly
- Installation check
- Structural testing
- Production preparation
Flexible development for different market needs
-
01
Small-batch customization
Unlike factories built only for mass production, we take on small-batch development for new designs, market testing and custom projects.
-
02
Flexible prototype production
Verify a new product before you commit to a large order.
-
03
Production scale-up
After the prototype is approved, we move to stable mass production with consistent quality control.
What to send us
Any of these is enough to start: a CAD file, a PDF or hand sketch, a photo of the space, or a reference product. Tell us the quantity and the market you sell in.
